install after reformat

How do I install after re-formatting my hard drive? I am
at the DOS prompt for C, and my cd rom drive is either e
or f.

Are you installing Windows XP? If so, what are you doing at a DOS =
prompt? <g> Seriously though, your XP CD is bootable. You may need to =
go into your computers Setup (BIOS setup) and tell it to boot to CD if =
it is not set to do so. Then restart the machine with the XP CD ROM in =
the drive and it will launch setup for you.
