chat in arabic language with microsoft internet explorer 6

Hi Helper,
i use win xp pro arabic version. My problem is that i can
not chat with others in arabic language in chat rooms but
i can with messenger...Why?
Please help me with that problem.

By the way:
i can chat in arabic language in yahoo rooms and
arabia.com rooms but in msn rooms NO WAY.
