You cannot create a domain without using a Windows Server product like NT 4
Server, Win2k Server or Win2k3 Server. With what you currently have you
cannot do this.

You would have to have a server online to control the client(s)
Windows 2000 Server or at the least one of the varients of NT such as
NT4 Server

You will need a server version of windows to have a domain. XP is not a
server operating system.

Hi.
WinXP in peer to peer network can not be set as a domain.
You need a Server software (Windows2000server, or Windows 2003)
You might want to take a look at this: http://www.ezlan.net/win2003.html
