I have a zip file that has one file in it. It's a ttf font file. (I've
confirmed this on a Windows 2000 computer)

Problem:
XP SP2 will not let me extract the file. It get an error message that says:

"Windows has blocked access to these files to help protect your computer."

I get an OK button. Upon clicking the process quits.

There is also a link on the dialogue box that says:

"Why are all these files blocked, and how can I open them?"

I follow up on that link and it give me a option to view a blocked file by
going to properties and selecting "Unblock" at the bottom of the properties
dialogue.

I don't have that option on the zip file and I can't do this on the file
inside the zip. duh, because it cannot be extracted. Also when I view the
contents of the file, I see nothing listed in the explorer window. However,
when I copy the same file to a W2K machine everything runs just fine.

Is there an option somewhere where I can turn off these block settings? I
mean, it's just a font inside the zip.

Thanks.

Also, I can open other zip files just fine, including some that have .exe
attachments. All there is is a ttf font in that zip file.
