Folder Properties fixed on Read Only

All folders Properties are "shaded" in read only and can't
be changed. Don't know if this was true before installing
a Home Network. Have removed all shared folders and files
but remains the same. Is this normal? Any help appreciated.

Hi!
If it is shared folder - it causes by SP1- it is set all shared folders
"Everyone:Read" - in this case try manually add users in properties and
grant
them disired permissions
