no ftp with iexplore XP

[mr_chips]

older versions would go straight in but my xp version displays cannot find server error
eg http://www.openwall.com/mirrors/
pick any site off this list and i cant get in
any one know why??
maybe a dumb question let me know if it is

Tried it and I got error also along with being unable to acess link. Sent
error report to Microsoft. Whatever that does!
