See if this helps..
Open IE and click TOOLS.. INTERNET OPTIONS.
You should automatically be in the GENERAL tab
And should see TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
Within that youll see a SETTINGS button. press it.
You most likely have "check for newer versions of stored
pages" as "Every visit to page"
Switch that to AUTOMATICALLY
