Error: res://C:\windows\System32 etc....

I keep getting an error message, Page Cannot display,
Cannot find server, DNS Error when I try to log into a
website with my name and password. It won't even open
the page so I can type it in. The URL shows this:
res://C:\windows\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror (then
continues with the website url) HELP!!!

This a trojan or virus. Do a Google.com search.
