Sp2 Problems........(more)

After installing the support pack 2 for windows xp, when
i go to turn off my computer it takes about 5 min. from
the moment that i click turn off computer, to the moment
that the desk top goes grey and i can click turn off for
the second time.

Anyone else get this problem ??
