I have a new laptop that had XP home on it. I installed Office 2003 student
and teacher edition with no problems. I have since bought xp pro and now when
I try to open anything to do with office it says "The application failed to
initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK terminate the application."
I have tried to reinstall the office 2003 and it says "Setup has detected an
incomplete Windows XP Service Pack installation on your computer. Office will
not run properly until this update has been completed."
The problem is that the computer is not internet ready so I can't download
anything.
I have reinstalled the xp home and then the office and everything works fine
but when I reinstall the xp pro the same thing happens every time.
