SP2

I have two questions. First, I use Kerio Firewall and
Panicware Popup Stopper 3.1. Is it better to use SP2
instead of these or can they be used together?

Secondly, I installed SP2 and could not access XP because
Kerio was blocking me.I tried uninstalling Kerio first
but was unable to do so. Kerio has no info I could find
on interfacing with SP2. I have now uninstalled Kerio but
now I cannot find a download for SP2. Windows update
shows I have already updated with SP2. I'd like to try
SP2 again now that I have successfully uninstalled Kerio.
How do I do this?
