When someones calls me, it boots me off the internet. How do I block incoming
calls from doing this?

If you have call waiting you need to specify that in you connection settings
for your modem.

Check with your phone company - or perhaps it's in your phone book - there
are instructions for turning off call waiting. You can add it to your dial
string when dialing out from your PC.
