A few weeks ago I formated my hard drive and reinstalled windows XP
Pro. Since then it's been taking anywhere from 15-20 min to reboot my
computer.

After installing Windows, I reinstalled all my drivers and a limited #
of apps. Everything was running fine until I installed SP1. Rebooted
10+ times before I uninstalled SP1, afterwards it went back to normal.

I thought SP2 might work better, but after installing it went back to
the 15-20 min reboots.

Dell Dimension 9100
1.5ghz P4, 768MB RAM
GeForce 4 4600 TI

Any suggestions before I uninstall SP2?

Still have not figured it out. I reinstalled all my drivers and even
removed some hardware I wasn't using since installing SP2.
