A friend of mine is having a strange problem with a laptop. When she's
writting with Messenger they keyboard adds "u" characters apparently randomly
in the text. She has scanned for viruses and has not found anything. Does
anyone has any suggestions to what else could be the cause? Her OS is Windows
XP.
