where all updates go?

Hi every one:
I just formatted my PC and after that upgraded 98Me to XP
There where lots of updates that I had to install them.
When I check installation history all are successful
except two, but there is no option such as install again
or something to let me install them again, on the other
hand I cant download them again, Microsoft website checks
my PC and it looks like I've already downloaded them
(Pick updates to install) .

Question is that how can I download them again, or if
they already are in my PC, where can I find them and how
may I install them again?

If you click on the link "Review and install updates" it should show the 2
as being downloaded but not installed.
You should be able to install them from that screen.
What updates are you having trouble with?
