Toolboxes not minimizing with program

Hello All:

Could someone help me try to figure out how to get my
tool boxes to minimize with my programs? Currently, if I
have a program open (be it, Excel, Photoshop, etc) and I
minimize it, the tool boxes that are open with the
program don't minimize with it.........:)
