Error Message/Missing File

During start up get this error message:

Error Loading Dll->SCSINT.DLL

Missing File: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Install
Shield\Professional\Run Time\0700\dotnetinstaller.exe

Any suggestions on why or how to fix?

I believe that this is a spyware program. I would remove it from the
start-up list by running msconfig. See if that helps. You can always put it
back if it doesn't.
