Under the hide inactive icons settings, (the customize
button), you can select whether to hide or remove an item.

Underneath of past items, I have some icons that I have
completely blown off my system (manual removal from Hard-
drive and Registry).

I am wondering where is the file / registry key that
contains the information that goes INTO there.

I want to remove the icons from the "past items" -- I
want to know how to make Windows completely forget it was
there.

Thanks
