The disk WON'T work. It only contains drivers for Windows9x systems as the
printer is long discontinued and way out of support from HP.

There are no updated drivers for this printer, the ones contained in XP will
work, but may not have the advanced features you were used to.

Use the Add Printer Wizard to install this printer....

and if you miss those advanced features like banner printing and duplex
ability, use the shareware available from www.fineprint.com or purchase a
new printer.
