View Full Version : Customizing what programs startup when you run Windows

December 5th 03, 01:32 AM
I have several programs that automatically start when I
start Windows and I believe that I am using too much
memory. I would like to remove some of these programs
from starting automatically and I can't remember how to
do it. I thought it had something to do with msconfig
but am not sure. Can anyone give me some pointers?
Thanks.

Hi,

First check the options/preferences within the programs themselves. For
whatever's left, start/run msconfig and check the startup tab.
