I have tried re-installing/repairing WindowsXP Pro on my
notebook PC but the following still happens....
When trying to setup a dial-up connection the Wizard
allows selection of radio-buttons "Connect to Internet" -
> "Setup my connection manually" -> "Connect using a dial-
up modem" but only allows selection of "Connect using
broadband connection list". The other radio-buttons are
greyed-out.
Any ideas?

are you sure that your modem is being recognised by the
computer? if it is not then you will not be able to
access those functions
