I am just getting ready to update my 98 machine to XP and was wondering
about my Office 97 programs?
Will it run OK on XP or do I have to get a new version of Office? I
would prefer not to.
Thanks,
Tom.

I've successfully installed Office 97 on my WinXP machine. It works fine.

Office 97 works fine with XP with one minor exception. It causes a failure
to e-mail scanned documents with a Visioneer scanner.

It runs fine. No new version is needed.
