TCP and UDP Ports...

Hey guys. I am no expert on anything, so...does anyone know how to open/close
certain ports/port ranges on these protocols?? any help would be greatly
appreciated...

You can use TCP/IP Filtering. Right click a Local Area Connection and
select Properties. Highlight TCP/IP and click the Properties button, click
the Advanced button, click the Options tab and select TCP/IP filtering.
