computer dummy needs help with sp2

Hi, I downloaded sp2 2 days ago and i've found i can't go
to some sites that i could before. for an example, when i
try to go to iwon.com all i get is a blank screen. when
going to some links i have from iwon i get this:
click yellow bar above to continue
install ActiveX Control from drop dowm menu.
well, i do not have a yellow bar to click and can not
find a drop down menu with ActiveX on it.
Can someone please help? Please answer to my email
address because I'm not sure I could find this place
again.

Try visiting the microsoft download center to download ActiveX.

activex is dangerous on ad sites

run spybot safer-networking.org and ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
to clean your system.
