windows security update: Q815021XP

Why do I keep getting the same update (Q815021XP:security
update) despite loading and installing it each time I get
it?

I haven't tried to install that particular update because my computer
isn't used as a server or a web sever, but maybe try this. Next time you
go to Windows Update look in your Installation History to check whether
it actually has been installed successfully previously.
