When trying to access some sites i get an error message
which reads, "Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." Then i am given a choice of sending a
report or not sending one. I have checked the helps on
Internet Explorer and found that in earlier versions of
Windows XP this problem may exist. The Resolution was
given in two methods, both of these methods have to do
with either removing "Smart Tags" or Disabling them.
When i go to the either Tools menu, Internet Options or
to Control Panel and start the "Add or Remove Programs
too, there is nothing that says "Smart Tags". I do not
know what "Tags" are, but there is only one object in
either one of this places that says "Smart" and neither
of them say "Tags". I have also been getting a lot
of "Blank Pages" when trying to access verious sites.
Any assistance anyone can give would be most welcome.
Thank you
Jethro
