I am having problems ever since I installed XP SP2.

For example: When I open a program, like MS word,
immediately an alert pops from that program, saying that
"C:\Program%20files\Microsoft%20office\Office%2011\ Winword.exe"
cannot be opened. I feel that when I try to open word, the
word program somehow tries to open its executable file.

The problem here is, the same thing goes for almost all
prograns, including IE. when I click on IE, IE tries to
open its .exe file instead of the homepage. Becoz of these
problems, the firefox browser refuses to open. Is anyone
else facing the same problem? Does anyone have a solution.
