I have more than one computer. When there was an Windows XP autoupdate
(e.g, yesterday, 12/10), I am wondering where the file is stored before
installation. The reason is that I would like save/copy the file and
update other computers.
That would save time for updating other computers. Craig

They are in a hidden folder in your Program files, it is called WindowsUpdate.

Thank you Mary.
I found the folder. What I see was as follows:
Windows Update
V4 subfolder
item xml
drovers xm;
Under V4 subfolder
iuident.txt
iuident.cab
inhist. xml
I do not see exe or setup file. If I copy those files, how can I start
update windows (on other ocmputers).
