program not responding window

how can i stop this window from poping up it seem it
comes everytime I have defrag cleaned out temp files any
ideas.

Uninstall the program that isn't responding and re-install it !!

It would help to know which program is referenced in the "not responding
box." Assuming it is always the same application, check to be sure the
application is compatible with XP, check for updates for the application and
if all else fails, try using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel to remove
and reinstall the application. If the problem goes away after removal but
returns when you reinstall, you have a compatibility issue with that
application and you need to check the product web site and or the
manufacturer to see if there's a fix.
