I get an error everytime I try to open the fax console

I reinstalled the fax printer today after not using it for 2 years. When it
was installed before It worked just fine. I have also recently installed sp2
and problems like this keep popping up. The error message I get is this
"Operation could not be completed either the printer name was typed
incorrectly, or the specified printer haas lost its connection to the
server". I have looked in device manager and it says that my modem is enabled
and working. The Driver is different from before. It used to be "Lucent" now
it's "Agre". Also new is I no longer using a dial up connect but DSL. This
shouldn't be a problem because I can still use my phone.

Now the fax icon is gone and I can not reinstall it. Also the computer can
not communicate with my printer anymore.
