Internet Address Books are stored by the ISP (Internet
Service Provider) as temporary files. When you delete
one it does not go to the Recycle Bin. It is GONE!
If you have Norton System Works, a copy will be retained
for seven days in a Global file in the Norton Protected
Users file and is restoreable.
