drwatson32 (Dr. Watson) is (or used to be) the program that generatied system
error messages, and logged them. (Such as in Windows NT OS, if you had the
system, say, recover from a fatal error, Dr. Watson program would start to
log it and investigate the program. Dr Watson is in C:\WINDOWS\system32 i
believe, and I don't recomend deleting it. I also don't think it is
'disable-able' (if thats a word). Best bet would be to try to remove SP2,
that might be causing it, though I don't see why. Maybe someone else will
have a better suggestion though.
