View Full Version : Broadband+VPN+SP2=no Internet access

I've been running Broadband + VPN for over a year with no
problems; I connect to the Internet through my ISP, and
my company's Intranet through VPN. I do not use the
company's proxy server because of the speed.

When I installed SP2 I lost the ability to access the
Internet and Intranet simultaneously. I've tried
disabling the firewall completely, checking and
unchecking 'remote gateway'. Nothing concrete gets logged
in the pfirewall log, so I can't find what's happening.

I've looked through MS's web site with no luck. Any ideas
how to track this down? I've rolled back SP2 until I can
get this resolved.

Thanks in advance,
--Brad.

Brad,

check http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSP2.htm for possible causes.
