Recycle Bin

For some reason when I delete files files they do not
appear in the recycle bin, however the recycle bin icon
shows the files are there. Any comments on this would be
appreciated!

Have a look at "Kelly's XP Korner at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm. Look up Recycle Bin there.
