Task Manager Corrupted

Task Manager has lost the top portion of the form with
controls for application/processes/performance/network
and the menu. Any help on why this would occur

Just double-click the outer frame and all tabs will be back.
Alternately, download the reg patch and run it.

Task Manager Reset settings
Resolves the problem of missing Task Manager tabs, menu items etc.
