Please advise how to disable/remove the system
greeting "good morining,afternoon, etc"..when I sign on
to the Internet when using Microsoft XP? Thanks in
advance!

Sorry, that wound up being incomplete. If its MSN Explorer, go to Help and
Settings, Settings, Internet Options, Sounds.

It sounds like you're using MSN or a similar internet service. This is
probably an option in their program. If its MSN Explorer, go to the Help &
Settings menu, Settings, Internet Options,
