[SAIFULBA]

is there anyway that i can customize my XP XP2 to suits my
environment b4 i deploy it my 200 users?i cant visit them
one-to-one.. its a damn headache ...

Is this in a AD domain? Many of the new features can be configured
with GPO in that case.

In no AD, you can often use registry settings or command line scripts.
