Ever since I downloaded SP2, if I go into AOL's Music Net I get kicked out
and my screen goes blue with a huge message. The only bit I can read before
my computer auto reboots is that there is a bad pool header. I can't get
through to AOL help and don't have a response from MS. Does anyone know what
to do?

Ditto; I have the very same problem. There's not much online help available
from MusicNet@AOL. Here's my "Blue Screen of Death" error message, verbatim:
~~~~~~~~~~~
BAD_POOL_HEADER
Technical Information:
STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xE194E838, 0xE194E868, 0x0C060407)
~~~~~~~~~~~
I assume the error is being caused by a MusicNet@AOL driver.
Anyone got any ideas?

Just got off of a call with MusicNet@AOL Tech Support (866)278-6582 --- was
helpful. They acknowledge there is a conflict with Win XP SP2 and MusicNet,
possibly driver issue. They're trying to resolve the problem. He
recommended that I remove the MusicNet program using "Control Panel -
Add/Remove Program" and reinstall it.

I'll give it a shot . . . .
