Win XP SP2 and Office 2000 copy and paste error

Running Windows XP SP2 and Office 2000 SR-1 both in Dutch gives an error
during copy (from IE) and paste ( to Word 2000) action:

In Dutch:

Winword.exe - Toepassingsfout

De instructie op xxxxx verwijst naar geheugen op xxxxx. De lees- of
schrijfbewerking ("read") op het geheugen is mislukt

Klik op OK om het programma te beeindigen
Klik op Annuleren om fouten op te sporen in het programma

Then Word will be closed, this problem occurs after installing SP2 for
Windows XP. Any suggestions?

I have runned XP system recovery and rolled back before the SP2 installation
and before the installing of Frontpage 2003. Then I installed SP2 again and
copy and paste works fine. Then I installed Frontpage 2003 again and the
same problem appears again....!

So, I can reconstruct the situation and generate the error again, but still
don't know how to solve the problem, at this moment I have made a workaround
to work with Frontpage 2002 until someone has found a solution. I have
searched Technet and the MS Support Groups, but nothing found, also Googled
around the world, but no joy!
