When I start XP I get the following message.

Server Busy - This action connot be completed because the
other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate
the busy program and correct the proble.

Then I get twooptions. 'Switch To' and 'retry'

Any idea what is causing this.

THanks, Don

Does it do it in safe mode? If not, run msconfig and remove the startup
group items to see what application is trying to load:
