hi every single time i try to defrag my system crashes
my computer is running slow
sometimes i am able to analize in defrag but it tells me
there is no need to defrag at this time
something is slowing it up im sure something ois wrong

Use msconfig to troubleshoot the slowness issue, also try safe mode to see
if there is a performance issue there.
When you say defrag crashes your system, define crash.
