After some problems a technician installed Windows XP SP2 on our
laptop and now we cannot install Office 2000. An error occurs "Error
1305 - cannot read OUTLLIB.DLL". There was no such problem under
Windows XP before, and we re-installed it successfully on another
computer with Windows XP. It seems as if the Windows XP SP2 is the
problem. Please help.
