Network Problem

I have a home network consisting of a Netgear FR114P router and 2
computers,
A & B. Until last night both computers could access the internet and
share files between A & B.

I downloaded 'Quicktime' and started to install it but the app hung so I
terminated it
from Task Manager.

Since then computer A can not access the internet. A can ping B and see
the shared files/drive on B in Network Places. Aping command for A to
ping the router times
out.

B can ping A, see the shared files/drive on A, ping the router and see
the internet.
IPCONFIG /all shows the same information for both pcs except for the MAC
address and the last digit of th ip address.

Any help or ideas would be appreiated.
