add/remove programs missing

Try system restore first
Add/remove programs list is just a convienant location
that keeps a programs uninstall feature in a single
location for ease of use, try to look for what you wish
to uninstall in your programs list or rt. click on
start>explore>program files open the file for whatever
program you wish to remove and look for an uninstall icon
or unwise icon good luck
