Does SP2 Make a Change in the Way OE Works?

After installing SP2 the "Exit and Log Off Identity" function in OE seems to
have become simply "Exit."
My wife and I take care to "Exit and Log Off Identity," yet each time OE
opens (unlike under SP1), it opens to my Identity automatically.
Is there a way to make this function work? Or is this, perhaps, a "bug" in
OE 6 SP2?

You can download Thunderbird to replace OE, it is good to use.....

Well when I try it it works ok and it is still in the menu before exit.

Maybe I wasn't clear. There are still two options: "Exit" and "Exit and Log
Off Identity." What I'm saying is that choosing "Exit and Log Off Identity"
doesn't seem to work as it did before. The next time OE is opened it goes
directly to my Inbox rather than asking me to choose an identity first.
