reboot problems on startup

My XP pro has trouble on booting up. I tof ten will
reboot in the middle of starting up. I have run scan
disc and defraggged. it doesn't hapen every time but
often. I also get a "yourcomputer has recovered from a
serious error" message on start up. I am current with my
service packs and updates and I am unsure what to do
next??

This indicates that the problem is due to a hardware problem. See
