XP-SP2a

After updating my desktop with SP2a--(XP PRO-SP1a
installed); I am unable to cnnect to the internet using
IE or Netscape 7.2. I am connecting via on board 10/100
LAN to a Linksys Router connecting to DSL. My other
computers connecting to this network connect to the
internet ok. My Dell laptop with Sp2a installed connects
just fine. I have checked network settings, done a repair-
-all to no avail. I do have Norton Internet Security Pro
2004 installed. I have Windows Firewall on and Norton IS
Pro 2004 off; N AV4.0 is on. I have tried everything
short of uninstalling. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Try the TV. SP2a does not exist.
