MY tool bar has dissapeared from the top of the screen
where i had my xcel, word, money and so on HOW DO I GET IT

If you're talking about the office toolbar:

Start > Programs > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar

This is for Office XP, but it should be similiar for others
