Hi,
In XP pro when I get to the logon screen the name of the last person to
logon is showing. Is there a way to have that blank (no names showing) I
have tried to require users to use ctrl alt del before logging on but the
option is not available (I assume because I am not on a domain) Any
suggestions.
TIA
Wayne

Ramesh,
Thanks for your reply. However I cannot get that to work (I notice that it
does not pertain to xp, not sure if that's the problem) I notice 2 reg keys
in that place that could be causing the problem AltDefaultUserName and
DefaultUserName I cannot get rid of them, I delete them they come back, I
change the value it changes back. I have tried this on two computers both
are the same.
