When I turn on computer it starts up never make it to open
Windows xp pro logo before it reboots. If I go into safe
mode it reboots when loading dlls? Does anyone know what
I can do to get this computer to boot up?
Thanks

Does your pc contain anti virus software? If it doesn't then it sounds like
a virus - blaster in particular. On some machine this type of virus
repeatedly reboots the machine. You will need to check your system for virus
infection and that means either using a bootable anti virus cd or a floppy
emergency anti virus disk.
If a virus is not detected, it could be a corrupt ntdetect file.

Are you able to boot into Safemode? If so, then I would first try booting
to last known good.
